Bank transfer (recommended)

Transfer your donation directly to our account. It only takes a few minutes in your banking app.

  1. Open your banking app or online banking
  2. Start a transfer to the account above
  3. Use the reference “Donation — [your name]” so we can thank you and send your tax certificate
  4. Confirm and done — thank you!

Tax-deductible in Belgium

Donations of €40 or more per year to recognised Belgian nonprofits are 45% tax-deductible for individuals. We issue a tax certificate for every qualifying donation.

In Belgium, thousands of homeless people do not know their rights or do not know how to exercise them. Your support enables Massamba's Help ASBL to provide immediate, practical help.

Your donation funds the reception, listening and orientation of people in difficulty. We help understand letters, rights and the steps to take.

Orient

We facilitate access to social services, the CPAS, court-appointed lawyers and legal aid structures. Every referral is tailored to the person's situation.

We guide people through their first procedures, from understanding a letter to preparing a file and connecting with the right services.

How your donations are used

Massamba's Help ASBL commits to using every euro responsibly and transparently.

Fund allocation

Donations received by Massamba's Help ASBL are used exclusively for:

  • Operational costs — rent, office equipment, digital tools for beneficiary reception
  • Volunteer training — training sessions in social rights, legal aid and active listening
  • Communication — website, information materials, awareness-raising materials
  • Administrative costs — insurance, accounting, bank fees related to donations

Our commitments

  • Free of charge: all our services are entirely free for beneficiaries.
  • Volunteer-based: the association operates through the commitment of its volunteers. No remuneration is paid to volunteer members.
  • Transparent: we report on our activities and the use of funds received.
  • Efficient: we minimise fixed costs to maximise the impact of every donation.

Homeless people

People living on the street, in emergency shelter or without stable housing, who need guidance in their administrative and legal procedures.

People in hardship

People threatened with loss of housing, in debt or facing urgent administrative difficulties requiring rapid orientation.

Relatives and social workers

Family members, social workers and professionals looking to guide a person in difficulty to the right services.
